  • conditions that the licence is subject to.

The register is updated fortnightly.

All licences contain five standard conditions.

  2. The licence holder must ensure the types of work contained in subsection 5(2) of the Child Employment Act 2003 are not performed by the child unless the risk of harm arising from the work or activity is managed to minimise the risk.
  3. The licence holder must cooperate with any information request, audit, evaluation, inspection or investigation by the Wage Inspectorate Victoria.
  4. The licence holder must keep a copy of this licence at any workplace where children will be employed under this licence, and must make it available on request to:
    • any child employed under this licence
    • any person employed to supervise those children
    • any parent or guardian of those children.
  5. The licence holder must provide an induction to any child employed under this licence, and to any person employed to supervise those children. That induction must include summarising the licence holder’s responsibilities, the supervisor’s responsibilities and the child’s rights under:
    • the Child Employment Act 2003

    • this licence.

Additional conditions may be included depending on the specifics of the application.
