Overview

ACFE Service Agreements are currently being transitioned in the Service Agreement Management System (SAMS2) from the Department of Education (DE) to the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR).

The SAMS2 system is used to process ACFE grant payments, including pre-accredited training delivery milestone payments to Learn Local providers and grant payments to peak bodies, funded by the ACFE Board.

ACFE Division has been working with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), DJSIR and DE to transition SAMS2 across to DJSIR.

The transition of SAMS2 across to DJSIR on behalf of ACFE is anticipated to be completed in February 2024.

While the process is underway, please disregard any variations appearing in SAMS2 as part of the transition process.

Only providers receiving an ACFE Service Agreement for the first time will need to take action in SAMS2 and will be notified separately.

Learn Local providers will be notified when the transition is completed.

The first milestone payment for 2024 pre-accredited training delivery will be released once the transition of SAMS2 has been completed. It is anticipated that the 2024 first milestone payment will be released in February as indicated in the 2024 ACFE Training Delivery Guidelines.
