Under the Cladding Safety Victoria Act 2020, complaints must be provided in writing. Complete the form below to lodge a complaint.

What happens after you lodge a complaint?

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days.

Your complaint will then be assessed and responded to within 10 working days. If we are unable to provide a response within this time or need more information from you, we’ll keep you informed of our progress and update you every five working days thereafter.
