What inspired you to apply?

I had looked at the program for quite some time and it had been recommended to me by several people as being very worthwhile.

What has been the biggest take away message for you?

Policies are imperative, they provide guidance and boundaries for everyone - but they are also a work in progress. Even the best policies and procedures can be improved.

What are your career goals and aspirations?

To be able to contribute to the life and growth of organisations that I love and to continue to increase and improve my skills so that I can do this better.
