Chief Executive Officer, Master Builders Victoria
Michaela heads the Master Builders Victoria (MBV), a leading organisation representing the building and construction industry in Victoria.
She has been instrumental in guiding MBV through complex industry challenges and driving strategic initiatives to benefit members and the broader industry. Her expertise spans human resources management, industrial relations, policy and advocacy, communications, stakeholder engagement, strategy development and execution, member services, governance and finance, in both blue and white collar service industries.
Michaela is a director on the Incolink Board and a member of the Victorian Building Authority Building Special Advisory Panel, the Building Industry Consultative Council and Worksafe’s Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Committee.
