Each year, the Victorian Skills Authority invites government-funded Victorian students who have completed or discontinued a vocational education and training (VET) to participate in the Student Satisfaction Survey.
Conducted by an independent research company between March and May, students are asked about their training experience and outcomes. All students who are eligible to participate are contacted via an invitation letter, email or phone.
The results are shared with training providers so they can implement targeted strategies to enhance the quality of VET across the state.
