Seasonal work requirements are a key challenge across the Ovens Murray region.
Through the Local Skills Partnerships Program, Wodonga TAFE was granted almost $134,000 in 2024 to develop and implement a skills passport for seasonal workers and employers in the Ovens Murray and Goulburn regions of North-East Victoria.
Seasonal workers will be able to build a portfolio of industry-based skills and competencies, aligned to relevant qualifications while in employment throughout the region.
