The Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2020 (VPS Agreement) reached its nominal expiry date on 20 March 2024. The VPS Agreement covers Victorian Public Service classified employees.
The State of Victoria and the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) have agreed on the terms for a proposed new enterprise agreement covering Victoria Public Service (VPS) Employees.
VPS employees will be asked to vote on the final agreement.
