Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) regulates the licensing, sale and supply of liquor in Victoria. We aim to minimise harm by ensuring Victorian organisations and entities comply with the state's liquor laws.
LCV does not have a reception available to the public. Please do not attend the LCV offices without being asked to do so.
LCV Zero Tolerance Statement
At LCV, we are committed to ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for any behaviour that threatens the physical or mental wellbeing of our staff. This includes conduct that is threatening, intimidating, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unreasonable.
We expect all interactions – whether in person, over the phone or online – be courteous and respectful. Any behaviour that compromises the safety or dignity of our team will not be tolerated and may result in appropriate action.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful workplace for all.
