Progress of Action 2.1
Commence Phase Two of the operational communications rollout, including upgrades to station turn out equipment in FRV stations.
Progress of Action 2.2
Explore the operational and service delivery benefits of accreditation for FRV within the Victorian emergency management response model and provide options to government on the accreditation process.
Progress of Action 2.3
Develop and implement a contemporary Health Model, which establishes state-wide comprehensive organisational health standards, policies and support mechanisms.

Finalise relevant enterprise bargaining agreements.
