The Head, Transport for Victoria is a statutory body established under Section 64A of the Transport Integration Act 2010 with the primary objective to “coordinate, provide, operate and maintain the public transport system and the road system” consistent with the vision statement and transport system objectives.

Referring matters or sending correspondence

All Planning Permit applications and Planning Scheme Amendments that are referred to the Head, Transport for Victoria (Head, TfV) must be emailed to statutory.planning@transport.vic.gov.au.

Service of documents

If you are required to serve documents as a result of Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Order, another Court, Panel Hearing or Advisory Committee for a matter where the Head, TfV is an interested party, please email them:
