Planning Permit Register

Responsible Authorities are required to refer certain Planning Permit applications to the Head, Transport for Victoria (Head, TfV) for consideration.

The following is the register of applications which have been referred to the Head, TfV under Sections 55 and 57C of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 .
